Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 2+ years of experience to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Data Analysis Specialist. This role will involve leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, as well as analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and features, as well as strong analytical skills and experience working with data to extract insights and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets to extract insights and drive business outcomes.
  2. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
    Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) preferred.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, computer science, or related field.

Experience
  1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media marketing, and web content development.
  2. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
Skills
